Chris is very knowledgeable, personable, and thank goodness, VERY PATIENT. He understood that this is/was a new process for me and took the time to make sure I understood it every step of the way. He listens, he is approachable and was always available, via phone or text. He made home search and purchase an enjoyable process and I will always be grateful!

Chris helped me purchase my home I live in now, so of course when my mom passed I thought of him to help sell it. He was patient and upfront about what needed to be done and what to expect price wise. Super nice guy.

Chris is the best agent we have ever dealt with. Really stays on top of thing thru out the whole process. Wish he could have sold our home in Richmond. Highly recommend his you will be very pleased !!!!

Christopher was a huge help in helping my family find our first home. I will definitely use him again when it is time to purchase another. His negotiating skills were on point.
