I just got out of this place. Bad news all the way around. Paper thin walls, noisy all night, Sits at the end of the runway at John Wayne airport. The first morning I was there I heard a hell of a noise while I was in bed. I ran out of the apartment yelling "What the hell is that!" Just then a 737 flies over the driveway at 500 feet. Not a place you want to live unless you can sleep in a war zone.

Older but spacious, good value

I've lived in these apartments for two years and I believe I'm getting great value for the price. Management is responsive to maintenance needs and other than being under the John Wayne airport path, it's relatively quiet. Buildings are older but in pretty good condition.
