Quiet place. Nice security guy at night..Clean but older looking inside..Gate always open or broken..Pool used by anybody who can get through gate..Rude management lady and have stupid tenant rules that they don't even follow. She seems tired and overwhelmed of her job..Furniture/Matresses dumped in trash can.
