As a first time patient, I waited almost a month for the appointment with Dr Simovitch. I had a 10:40 AM appointment and I waited until 11:30 to be asked back to the exam room. At 11:45, over an hour after my scheduled appointment, still no Dr, no explanation, no apology for the delay or anything. I left. I dont care how good there reputation is but any place with such poor customer service...
