I live in The Palisades apartment in Bellevue, WA. This is good apartment in terms of public transport access, the location, etc. Apartment has decent amenities and the maintenance is very good, and it's a very safe neighborhood. I rented this apartment in Winter and so the rent was cheap during that time, but during renewal they are increasing it to 10%, and they are asking me to confirm it...

The Palisades is a wonderful place to stay. Super cozy apartments. Lovely garden for children to play. It has a fantastic zym and pool.

Upon initial appearance, this place looks decent. But I was fooled. I moved out of the Palisades last March, ending what I feel was a completely draining, stressful experience. I now live in Metro 112, in downtown Bellevue.
