I put the items I rented in the back of the truck. I wasn't sure if that was where they were to be kept until the next day. (I returned the truck after hours).

Bob the manager was very rude and would do nothing to help with the problem of the gas error. He did not care about anything but the bottom line and would not even listen to help solve the situation. All he did was yell and throw things when I disagreed with the amt of fuel owed. He refused to talk to me. Very condesending to women obviously.
