Help us make it rightToday, December 12, 2011, I needed to send out a package from this Pak & Ship, Etc. I gave the young clerk information on myself and the recipient via a typed written address list. Regrettably, the clerk was unable to type this information out, putting someone else’s name in the address line. When corrected, the clerk then still spelled the name on the recipient's incorrectly. As I was charged about $20, I felt this was very poor service.
The older man, who was also behind the corner, said he would correct problem for me. Thank goodness, he was receptive and willing to help. \r
