julie and eric the owners, are helpful as can be!!!!! when the post office is far away, i am thankful this pack & mail is here in the neighborhood. i mail several packages to college students....

I called to ask about the rate increases and to discuss options and she was very friendly and answered my question truthfully. I always drop my boxes and packing materials here and she recycles them.
