Overpriced condo by the sea should be the name for this place. Accommodations were outdated and dirty. Rooms were not clean... Cheerios mashed into carpet, hair on bathroom walls and in shower. Musty odor lingered in condo throughout stay. Bed was like sleeping on concrete slab. Condo looked as if it had been furnished with items from a garage sale, nothing matched and lots of holes and broken...

The rental condo assigned us was on the 4th floor overlooking from its balcony the expansive beach in the distance. That was the one attraction to the unit. Condo #637 very pretty with excellent views.

Each unit at Gearhart is a privately owned. Condo. Our unit was #637 and it was very nice. Everything was clean, the view spectacular and the bed very comfortable. It is the size of a large studio. We were there for our son's wedding in Cannon Beach, we plan to return for a quiet getaway very soon and will definitely request unit #637 again.

great access to the beach and beautiful views from our balcony...the sunsets over the ocean were amazing. The grandkids had a fun time on the swingset as well as going swimming in the pool. close enough to Seaside to spend the day there without having a long drive back to relax. beautiful golf course. would definitely recommend to friends and family.
