Pacific Solutions was my favorite store but it closed a year or two ago.
I bought a custom PC from Pacific Solutions and I have been very satisfied. I know that this business is trustworthy for a number of reasons; My mother board died just 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty was up but they still honored the warranty and replace it for free. Because of their willingness to work with me on that warranty issue, when I was in the market to buy a netbook I had them order the exact one I wanted, at basically the same price as big-box store. Also to their credit, when I was in the market for a second PC monitor for a dual screen setup, they readily admitted that they didn't have the proper model in stock and that it would take a while to order. I have since happily purchased additional memory sticks, a video card and several other accessories. Thank you Pacific Solution. Highly recommended!
I have bought computers as well as monitors and other peripherals, when it comes to cabling and peripherals they have a very large selection and I have taken them computers that I purchased elsewhere for them to repair and fix or to get working again, because they just aren't functioning quite right. Dont accept any purchases rom these people if you own an online store. They will take delivery of the merchandise and start placing flase chargebacks claiming they never received any merchandise just to steal your products.
asked for an item. was having a good day and nicely told them that competitors price was a little lower and lady told me basically to go screw myself. messed my morning. will never set foot in that store again.

My pc was the crankiest ever and was not cooperating with me at all, I called around and Mike was the best for the buck, he called me back propmtly and then we worked until my pc was coherent and working nicely again. In my opinion he went the extra mile and stayed with me until it was done and actually working, not just "kinda" doing it. I will refer his service to anyone I know who needs pc...
