Reviews are not my thing, but after the help I got from Hector @ Pacific Sales in Camarillo. I felt I should give some type of praise. The sales personnel would rather look at you than help you. You need to wave your arms and then jump up and down before they say "can I help you?" I have shopped there a few times and recently I went to the 2010 "end of the year" sale and it was chaotic. They had a take a number system, but would help people randomly. Contact the Better Business Bureau! We bought all our NEW appliances less then a month ago and 2 out of 4 have given us problems. When we called for service, they can't seem to find someone qualified to come out and look at our appliance.
