Pacific Rim has been my choice for auto repair for at least 15 years – maybe more. They do great work at a fair price and are just plain nice folks. We have never had any problems.

We can applaud when someone does a great job. But everyone makes a mistake – doctor, lawyer, electrician, database programmer. It’s how that business or person reacts to that mistake that is crucial.

Great shop, friendly service. Completely organized and have their stuff together, more so than any auto shop I've ever been to. Did was they said to repair my car and no surprises. I'm so happy they are in my 'hood. They even cleaned by car! Highly recommend these guys.
