I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. the maintenance staff always has a great turn around time and the new staff is great..love the location would recommend to anyone..they pay a $400 referral fee..and i feel very safe the courtesy officer is always walking around with her dog..very satisfied

Great place to live. Close to everything and Marta is right outside community. Have recently installed video camera's at gate to improve safety to all. All of the staff and maintenance are very friendly and take care of any problems usually the same day. Would highly recommend Paces Park to all!

Its the worst apartment complex. Also community is not friendly. Management is not quick on maintanance request. There are so many bugs in all the apartments, whenever you report, they send bug guy, he just spray and go. That i am doing everyday. I don't recommand this apartment for any family.

Manager of paces park is the most rude person I have ever seen. When it comes to renting a apartment he is very nice but thats it, if you ever have any problem related to the apartment then he got a different tone let it be a very small issue.Whom do u complain about the manager????

Dont judge by the reviews coz Management sends a letter - write a review and receive a prize.

I had some paint chips coming down from the ceiling. I was nervous because I live on the top floor. I called the leasing office to let them know. By the time I came home that afternoon, the ceiling was fixed. I appreciated the maintenance staff for working on the problem as soon as possible.
