Looks gorgeous, and for the price you're certain they must take great care of you. Guess again.
The management is only nice to you until you sign the lease. Once you start needing thing fixed and pest control to come and you point out everything they DIDN'T do to properly prep your apartment, no matter how nice YOU are about the matter, she will speak to you very brusquely, consistently. ...

Great neighborhood, nice sized apartments with huge closets. The added plus is the fireplace, and nice landscaping.The maintenance staff is super nice, but I wish they had a playground for the children.
