They deserve zero stars! After finding out I was a month past my warrenty, I brought my comp to their bristol location because it wouldn't turn on. It was an emergency because I work from it AND take online classes. They called me back after a few days saying that the mother-board was fried and that no one can fix that, trusting them, I asked them if they could get all of my information off...
