Great clothes but unresponsive "cool and hip" sales associates that seems to forget that customers are doing THEM a favor to be in the store. Learn to smile and be helpful. By the way that is your job.

Seems like every time I go into Pac Sun I get what I want, and it's usually on sale. Every time I go to the mall I stop by and hit the sale racks. A great deal every time.
