I use to use thier services all the time, shipping lots of slot machine parts back to Las Vegas. Last time I went in to drop off a package that already had a UPS shipping label all paid for, the owner wanted to charge me 4$ to have UPS pick it up. I told him WTF are you kidding me, he told me The UPS Store charges 3$ which is about 30mile drive for me. I told him I used UPS store every now...
