Absolutely horrible company with poor customer service... I had originally used them for business cards in June, which they did a fabulous job on; however, when I reached out to them at the beginning of October to have the exact same card done, what they send me was 500 "pieces of paper with logo on it." Do not use this company! They are extremely unprofessional! It was a nightmare the second i received my first proof and was downhill from there! Lack of communication, delays, terrible work, no return calls. A simple banner and flyer job turned out to be over a month delay and the job was still not properly executed! Years after dealing with them I'm still mad at the incompetence and rudeness of their costumer service (including management); don't order from them.
How can a company like pk graphics is still operating ?? the quality is awful, the service is even worst, the time of delivery is never what was agreed...save yourself !
Do not use them for logo design. They charge you $375.00 for shoddy amateur that one can do on microsoft word.
