I'm a builder and no one takes orders over the phone. Liability issue. They all have to have a request on paper. They do now have an online form and it's very convenient. Been working with PE Square for years. Great people. We highly recommend them to everyone. They always help me out of some jams. Sounds like the first reviewer doesn't do much business in the industry.

Terrible place to get an inspection

No on line forms, no orders over the telephone, fax orders only, they don't follow up on anything, refer you to the call the employee in the field rather than have them call you. Do inspections some where els.
