My family and I just left this establishment and for the 2nd time our kids did NOT eat free like their signs stated. My BLT was DISGUSTING as were the soggy fries with the hair I found. Worst IHOP in the area and we will NOT be returning.
We were just at this location and our three year old said he had "yuckies" (a hair) in his pancake. We told the sever and she brought out the Manager his name is Renee. However, he lied about his corporate number so who is to say he didn't lie about his name. He gave us his store phone number. We called corporate as we sat there and he left no where to be found. Wonderful experience!! Omar, our waiter is what made this visit so awesome- followed closely by the strawberry banana cream pancakes. My husband and I were discussing his service and wondering if he was from the corporate office because he was running the show so professionally and efficiently. The experience my family and I had at this iHop was amazing. Our server, Omar, was handling all the orders of the customers, seating people, busing tables, and the kitchen at the same time, and doing a wonderful job. We have gone here before and had great service. We will definitely be coming here again.
