The front office staff here are absolutely terrible. It specifies on the website that they do sick visits... That's not the case. It's impossible to get an appointment day of and the front office staff treats you like an inconvenience despite you being there to take care of your sick child. It is impossible to speak to a live person when you call. You always have to leave a message and they are not prompt at calling back. It's taken me as long as three days to make an appointment because when they call me back , I'm not available and then when I return the call, I have to leave a message.
