I was a patient of Dr. Burrei for many years and felt he was truly great but after dealing with the most lazy, rude and obnoxious staff. Wonderful doctor. He listened and took the time to explain my MRI results to me and took the time to show me what was happening inside my neck using the model. Very caring. I had seen a doctor for this issue last week and was very unhappy with his whole demeanor. I left that appt. feeling rushed and I felt like he wasnt taking me seriously. I could see concern on his face. I came to him for pain and weakness. The visit was quick, but his exam was good and he made recommendations for me to follow and when to return. I was satisfied and felt cared for. The office staff was helpful and the wait time was short. But I would have waited longer.

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Su for a typical colonoscopy.
The script for the prep was never called into the pharmacy. I called the DR office to inform them, and requested that they send the script for the prep. I I called the pharmacy 4 days prior to the procedure and still no prep script was called, again 2 days prior. No prep was ever called in. Attempts to explain this to...

Dr Shah is excellent all the way around. Great personality. Caring and great understanding of where your pain maybe coming from. Every injection I have had has been amazing relief. Highly recommend.
