I sent 3 jackets for cleaning and when I picked them up the stench was so bad I could hardly breathe. They obviously put the jackets in the bag wet. They soured! I am so very disappointed!

I am very upset with the service I recieved this week, when I brought a suit and tie in on Monday the girl said that it would be ready on the 30th, I ask her if I could get it the 29th and she wrote it on my ticket and said that she would change it in the computer.
