This company installed 5 doors for me several years ago.

I recently had a spring break on one of the doors. Called them in the afternoon and they were the next morning. It took them 20 minutes to replace the spring, lube the door and the other door and wrapped it up. They are very respectful of your time.

They walked my house and gave me a price. I even discussed the entire scope of work beforehand. Unless you have an account you have to pay 100% up front leaving you helpless if they decide they don't want to honour their proposal. Don't call this company! They will try to rip you off by saying your door cannot be fixed and that you have to buy a new one. I realize that sometimes things wear out but that was not the case with me. I had someone else come out and the problem was easily fixed for very little. Don't let them rip you off, call someone else.
