Poor Customer Service

I called Overhead to get a ballpark quote for a garage door and the lady that answered was very rude. She told me she does not give quotes over the phone. I called several other garage door companies and every one of them was able to give me a ballpark quote. I would'nt waste my time with a business who can't even be decent over the phone for a quote!
