Located near the Johnston/Providence/Cranston line, Over the Rainbow Learning Center appears small but actually consists of three floors and 4,000 square feet of instructional and program space. The daycare center accepts children as young as 6 weeks old up to 5th grade students. Transportation is provided to local schools.
