Ovation 309 has been open for a few months now and I can't imagine a better place to live. Our apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows with high-end trimmings and appliances. It is incredibly quiet and we never hear our neighbors or noise from the street. The parking is private, heated, underground, and secured. All doors are secured by electronic keyfob as are the elevators, and there is a 24...
Just moved in a week ago. So far I'm in love with the place! Beautiful, modern units, floor to ceiling windows, gym included and underground parking and great common spaces. The front desk is very helpful as well and worked hard to make sure everything in the apartment was working well. It is located in Downtown Madison so it is within easy walking distance of tons of great restaurants and bars.
