My husband and I went to the Oval Office on March 20, 2015 for appetizers/dinner

Just staying in the area and I found this gem. don't be fooled by the parking lot. there's lots of room inside and out. Definatly coming back if I visit the area again.

I like consistency in service and food from a restaurant. It has been all over the board with oval office. The service is the most inconsistent. Great food - terrible service

I am so sad to rate this restaurant as terrible because it could've been pretty good. But what do you expect if you make a reservation, come on time and then have to wait 45 minutes to be seated? The mood is spoiled. Then because there's only one waiter, the cooked dishes sit for a long time before he manages...

Fun little place but

I called on Friday late morning and was able to get a 6:30 reservation for that evening (a pleasant surprise).
As several reviewers have mentioned the place is tiny, including the bar and entryway. It's a good thing the weather has been mild since waiting outside was possible. We finally got seated 50 minutes later...ah well.
