I have been unable to contact this company about my order. Over 30 phone calls and a couple of emails had left me in the dark bc they will not answer their phone or call you back. I finally drove all the way there and waited until someone showed up. He was no help, and unable to give me a tracking number on my order. I am disgusted with the customer service of this company. These people teamed up with a scammer! We got had by the "portarink" product they hawk. Their people are unprofessional and they referred us to this Renzullo guy with Damian J. Products who "supposedly" manufactuers this kit which is actually some generic product you can buy out of a cataloge for just 300 bucks but they charged us 3,000 dollars!Watch out and do not do any business with these...

Very improfessional with service and follow-up. Like dealing with a troubled child. Very poor communication and bad delivery timeing. Not only wouldn't they keep me informed about a delivery but they could not even get me a tracking number. When I called to inquire they refused to even speak on the phone.
