Went on my lunch break today with my mom. The food was ok but our waitress wasn't very friendly to us. However she was very chatty and friendly with the surrounding tables which baffled me. She took my drink order by asking " what do you want to drink?" Her tone came off as agitated or annoyed. We never got bread which is honestly my favorite thing and the whole reason I go to outback. took 20 minutes to get drinks and 1 hour to get meals. food was cold and overcooked. service of waitress was good felt sorry for her having to tell us food and drinks will be coming soon.

Long wait. 1hour. Was misinformed and did not need to call ahead. Called day before and was not told that. Everyone in my party was finish. I had to wait 45 more minutes for my food .Had to ask about it. Someone need to be responsible.
