UPDATE: Three Months later, I am still getting billed for what the Business Manager said they were removing from my account. I have spoke with 4 people now in 5 phone calls. They NEVER return any calls, I always have to keep calling back. Stay away from this urgent care! Dr. Kalugotla Shivaram practices very predatory medicine...he will opt for the more expensive procedure when another less...

Saturday morning and my primary Doctor is not in office. I had Chest Congestion also bad head cold! I had a miserable night coughing and so much congestion! I got immediate and great help from Urgent Care in Wentzville. Thank You to Nurse Practitioner, Nancy Giaimo and the pleasant Staff.

I had a bump in the middle of my forehead and overnight it became swollen and infected. I called my primary Dr. and he was not in his office and the staff recommended urgent care. I was very hesitant but decided to give it a shot. The Dr. knew what it was right away and immediately had a plan to lance the swollen bump and so he did with hardly any pain. Thank you Dr. Sudhir Raikar.
