Owed 20% more. I budgeted for what I could afford. It was upsetting and an unnecessary, uncomfortable, confrontation and surprise.
The clinic is clean and neat. The doctor and staff were friendly and on time.
One thing that could be done better is to avoid attending multiple patients at the same time. Doctor had my daughter on chair, and stepped out half way through. We thought she was getting something for us, but when I saw, she was attending other patient. We really had to be 'patient' to wait for her to come back.
Just went for consultation, the lady in the front desk and Dr. Lillard and the assistant are very nice.
