Have lived around the corner from Otto's since 2002 (15+ years). Have been there probably 150 times, but only at the bar, never the restaurant.
Vibe---The bar is dingy and feel that it is by and for regulars. There are things like a broken/ancient game and awful moose heads.

Greeted warmly and seated quickly. A diverse menu with many choices. Live music enhanced the dining experience

We were looking for German food. Well we found food that had German names, but there was only three or four items on the buffet that we found palatable.
