We moved into the property september 30th and for the next few weeks James Bodo and his daughter who live next door made our lives horrible. I ended up taking them to court as they did not own the property and took our money and won a civil law suite for consumer fraud against them. Do your research people. Look up the phone number and find that it is connected to 379 New Market Road which is an apartment they try to rent to people. I can't believe that they are able to still operate in this capacity and do this to people. People need to get together and do something about them as the other person said they will take you for all you have. This listing use to be listed as Bodo Enterprise, I know I have the listing printed out, I took it to court with me when I took them to court. I wish I could stop people before they go here and make the worst mistake of their lives. Check with the township authorities, local police, neighbors before you deal with them.

I sincerely hope people read this. James Bodo who is the one in charge here is a scam artist. Check with the local township and police regarding any of his properties...379 new market, 381 New market. Beware this guy will take you for everything you have. The police are even tired of dealing with him. We have rented a property which is 379 and currently are trying to get help from the township as the property is a hazard. Please do you homework before you think about renting this property. Go to the local police and township gather records, they are all there. I hope no one has to experience the pain my family and I have. We have stayed at the property 1 day and have been displaced and in a hotel ever since.... RUN
