Otis Elevator installed an enclosed wheelchair lift in our home 12/13. After 5 attempts at repairs in 7 months and it finally having an electrical fire, Otis has left us high and dry with a $17,000 unit sitting for 3 months in it's burned up condition telling us they were not getting any response from the manufacturer.... The manufacturer tells us they tried to contact Otis and get this...
