HORRIBLE!!!! Dr. Otero led me to believe that my ins. co. would pay with no problem. What was supposed to be a 3 to 4 week process took 5 months only to hear FROM THE INSURANCE PROVIDER AND NOT DR. OTERO'S OFFICE that they weren't going to pay for my surgery.

My daughter saw Dr. Susan Otero on 2/15/2017. At that time a predetermination was to be done to our insurance company. I decided to wait 30 days before I contacted our health insurance. After the 30 days I contacted our health insurance, and as I expected, no predetermination had been sent. My daughter has called there several times and no one will return her call. Poor business.
