The rudest owner, hung up on me after I asked a simple question. Horrible customer service, take you business somewhere else! There are other florists who value their customers and take pride in what they do.

So my deployed husband tried to send me flowers, not only did they change the color but some of the roses were already starting to turn a little brown when delivered. The employee was very nice but my husband tried to do something nice for me while

The last time I called Osteen's was the LAST time! The lady who answered the phone was rude and acted like she was not interested in my business.

I wanted a special bouquet of flowers delivered to be waiting for my girfriend when we arrived in Savannah. I blindly called Osteen's and spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone. I told him that I wanted a nice birthday bouquet for my girlfriend and wanted to spend $45-$50. I also told him that her favorite flower was the lily. I gave him my credit card number over the phone. I order Lipstick Roses from Osteen's Florist and was assured they could get them. When they were delivered they were yellow roses. I do not like being lied. I will never do business with them again.
