DO NOT PLACE YOUR RELATIVE OR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY. It was listed on a list of special focus facilities as recently as last year. Those are the worst nursing homes in America based on medicare reviews etc. My mom fell out of one of their beds - or so they said. She could not move enough to fall out of bed.
