Great place to work out. They have alot of great weight machines and a boxing ring! Check em out.

Ive gone to a few different gyms around the area and Orrs is by far the best one in my opinion. The head instructor has been doing martial arts for around 40 years and knows his stuff. I train in MMA classes but there are a wide variety of other classes to chose from. If youre looking to learn to defent yourself or even just to get into better shape i suggest you check out Orrs :)

This is a wonderful Karate Center with excellent classes for all ages. They have Traditional Karate Classes, Boxing Classes, Judo Classes, Self Defense Classes, and Fitness Kickboxing/Body Sculpting Classes. If you are looking for a fun family atmosphere, I would recommend Orr's Martial Arts!!!!!
