The Staff here have been very helpful! Even though some of the things here are a bit over price. We went there a lot, staffs still help us even thought we didn't buy anything at that time. The guy name Sheldon has been really helpful diagnosing batteries and AC system. They are very honest and we really respect that.
This rating has nothing to do with any particular employee, just the quality of products. Years ago I stopped buying parts from O'Reilly's because it wasted so much of my time going back to get the right parts it was completely pointless, this time was enough to boycott completely. In the past theyve gave me the wrong coil pack for a 3800 series two, gave me ford valve cover gaskets for SBC...

Oreilly's Auto Parts get a rating of 1 out of 5 stars because they do not stand behind their products or their service. I bought a reconditioned alternator for my car. After paying them $150 for the product, I took it home, installed it into my car...and it did not work. I unistalled the alternator, took it back and they gave me another one and told me that they were suppose to have checked to...
