These guys lied to my wife and I to try and get us to buy a new battery. Not once, but twice. I took the battery the second time across to Napa and they charged it with no problem. Still need to take the first battery to Napa to charge. Thought it odd that two batteries less than a year old were faulty... Never again.

This place sucks. They don't know anything and are borderline rude. If I wasn't getting something under warranty I wouldn't come here.

Please encourage your staff to avoid using racist statements...especially stated directly to customers. Furthermore, if the customer asks the staff (who I believe is a manager) to stop using the phrase, the staff response should not be "well, it's gonna happen."
