Oreck: Poor Customer Service

I purchased an Oreck XL Vacuum 1 yr ago, with 10 annual tune-ups included in the price. I took it in for the 1st tune-up and it took the Oreck Authorized Sales & Service, Snellville, GA location 8 days to get this done. I called them on 2 separate days and they did not answer the phone or return a call. Unbelievably poor, slow service.
