OSH has a friendly local type vibe, and has an excellent selection of nuts, bolts, washers, springs, and doodads for all types of projects. Excelent return policy and variety of plants. They have limited lumber in stock, which is the only reason they rank 4 stars.
I bought patio furniture for my DH for Christmas. It was scheduled to be delivered and set up while we where on vacation. On our way home my neighbor informed me that it wasn't set up and my surprise would be spoiled. Went into OSH today and they gave me the new clearance price as an apology and refunded me $300.00!I love their outdoor decor and will shop there more often. Thanks Henry!
Their selection and prices are very good. However the service is pretty bad. The last few times I've gone there, multiple employees have acted like I am annoying them. I'm sorry I don't know where the vinyl tubing is (Not really though). Then I had to wait 10 + minutes for them to cut me a piece. I've heard more …
Why do I spend only about $50 a month at Osh, compared to a couple of thousand dollars a month at Home Depot? It's the pricing. For example, Terro Ant Baits at Home Depot are $5.67. Osh price for exact same item is $7.99. So at prices 41% higher than Home Depot, it can be worth avoiding Osh.
