Absolutely disgusting and in no where comparable to a Hyatt or hilton. I would compare to a motel 6. Pool was closed and other pool that was open was green and needed cleaning. Staff was rude.\n\nEverything.

The size of the rooms.\n\nThe hotel runs a rewards type program. Points accrued redeemable upon checkout from concierge. Check out is at 10:00 am. The concierge isn't there until 2, calling the help line we were told we would receive a call back, that call never came.

This 3 star hotel is located in the city centre of Kissimmee. It is a short drive away from the Old Town. The Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 117 rooms are equipped with safe, ironing set and air conditioning.
