If I could give them less than one star I would.
I used them to send a glass item across country - they were recommended by the seller of the item . I requested that they insure the item for replacement value as well as crating and shipping costs in case the item was damaged (I have done this with other packaging companies) . Their company recently did a crating job for my company, and I was very pleased I was with their fast, friendly service. I was in such a bind trying to get crating for a large poster case for my company that needed to be shipped out and was coming up at a loss of how to get it packaged. None of the ""Mailbox"" type stores were able to help, and I found the company on here on Citysearch.
