This cab company is not fast or reliable, the have a tendency to forget you and blame it on traffic...tomany times we have been left out in the cols...forget this company, because they have about you

This is what happpened: We called Orange Cab for a Van cab for ;6 passenger, a van came capable of holding 8 passengers. This can driver claimed only being able to hold 4 people, then the cab drove off. We then called another company that was willing to go above and beyond to help our group. I will never call Orange Cab again. This was unacceptable for a customer service company. A driver that is working for tips should never turn down a group willing to compensate when they can easily accommodate the group, this is unacceptable and will not stand in my book. If an 8 passenger cab shows up...

Since 2010 the company has been providing Taxicabs.
