I hosted a small dinner party here in April. The price was outrageous! The food portions were very small relative to the price, the owner was unfriendly, and I had a major dispute over the bill. I live in St. Augustine and will never go here again. The town has much better to offer, in my opinion.

Dining at Opus 39 is a culinary experience. The menu is pre fixe based on what the freshest local ingredients may be at the time. The decor is elegant and trendy at the same time and despite it's level of cuisine and service, the atmosphere is fairly relaxed. I would purposely order something different than my wife, so we'd be able to sample as much as possible! This is the best way to experience the most selections that Opus 39 offers. I cannot wait to go back and in the meantime I've been enthusiastically telling our friends about it!

Opus 39 is most likely one of the most expensive restaurants in St. Augustine. They offer mostly a prix fixe menu, which changes frequently....
