Fixed it - after we complained to the FDIC; Optum still terrible

We wrote a complaint about Optum/United Healthcare to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and somehow, under threat of government enforcement, they found it in their hearts to refund the money they should never have let these thieves steal in the first place.

My employer unfortunately contracts with this company. They have inundated me with lengthy robo-call marketing messages for 1-2 times a week for almost a year including long after my employer entered my number on their "do not call" list.
