If you seriously enjoy burning through money/security deposits... i highly recommend this management company! By far the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company before. Blankstein/optimum is not looking out for it's?

I was with Optimum Property at 610 E Mason for almost a year. Their response time is excellent for any service requested at apt. Property Manager Jeff and Building Manager Erin are very helpful. After I vacated, I have got my whole Security Deposit back with in 15days time. It shows their promptness. I will HIGHLY recommend them.
