I have lived in Kingwood for nearly five years now, before Suddenlink wasn't that bad. Decent speed and everything. But over the past few years, it has gotten horrible. What's sad is Suddenlink does not care and doesn't need to care considering there are no competitors in Kingwood! If there were, Suddenlink would be out of business in an instant.

They bait and switch with your internet contract and their internet is getting worse not better. Nowhere on their site do they mention their extreme limitations on internet data. You sign up for the 10-15 MB internet and they limit you to 250 GB a month. When you call to see why (they used to not have a limitation) you are about to be turned off, they say you can upgrade to 30 mb connection...

Suddenlink can't deliver. Their cable TV service in Kingwood, TX is a bust. The screen pixilates, tiles. The image goes haywire and then goes out of sync with the sound. After repeated service calls over a year, they seem incapable of solving the problem. The only thing that works 100% is my check. Avoid Them.

I have had suddenlink for 10 years and have not had any major problems. It doesn't go out when it rains or when it's cloudy. They always send techs out same day or next day. Their techs are very polite and knowledgable. Their channel line up keeps expanding and their Internet keeps getting faster. Keep up the good work.

I was so excited about the great package that I got. Then they came to do the install. I asked for the wires to be tacked on the walls so they were not hanging in my house. That did not get done. Several services that I paid for did not work and my internet was not working from day one. Three days later I took my stuff to them and asked for my 140 back. They tried to short change me by $0.40...
